Quite ! Payments by credit card on the site are made via the Stripe payment system. The trinquette-artisan.fr site does not take note of your banking information at any time.

Delivery times vary depending on the amount of work I have. Delivery times will always be noted when you order and a confirmation will be sent to you in the thank you email for your order.

If your order has not yet been sent, contact me at contact@trinquette-artisan.fr so that I can change the delivery address. If your order has already been sent, unfortunately I will not be able to do anything.

You have a withdrawal period of 14 days, however if your order has been made to measure for you it will be sent to you and cannot be cancelled.

On the home page, you have a “subscribe” button. Simply enter your email address.

I am uncompromising when it comes to protecting my clients’ data. Obviously they will not be sold and I do not practice any commercial “harassment” policy. You will only receive a few news per year, or a few current offers.

Do you have a problem with your order? You are not fully satisfied with your product? It is best to contact customer service to find a solution. Otherwise you must return the product within 14 days, in its original packaging and in perfect condition. Return costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Of course ! This saves you from paying delivery costs. Simply check the “in-store collection” box when you choose your delivery options. You can come and collect your order whenever you want during the opening hours of the “AteLiées” store, at 8bis rue André Michel in Montpellier.

Unless you have very, very pretty eyes, I only give discounts to people who don't ask for it 😉. Obviously, for professionals or large quantities ordered I apply reduction scales which you will have by contacting me on trinquetteartiste@gmail.com or via the site form.
